That's so exciting that your wife is the pastry chef at Gracie's. I'm a huge foodie fan. Not only that, I just read her bio on the site and am astonished at her accomplishments thus far. In fact, I'm a medical student in his last year at Brown Medical School right now and am at a crossroads with that same question...operating room or dining room.
